Returns & Exchanges

We do refund or exchange on faulty goods in accordance with the
relevant legislation. Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund, exchange or credit.

Faulty garments.
Nancy Stroop Designs tries to ensure that all customers receive goods of top quality. However, if you believe that a garment may appear faulty, or different from the description provided, please contact us by email immediately, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We will require that the garment is to be returned to the address below, to be examined by our staff. If the garment is deemed to be faulty, the customer will be reimbursed the postage fees that have been incurred to return the garment. An official postal receipt for the postage must be enclosed, and no refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt. Customers are only able to request an exchange for garments that are currently in stock.

 

Please choose carefully
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased are defective (The defect not being caused by you); OR Do not match the description or sample provided by us; OR Do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would.
You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.
This refund policy applies only if you return the goods within 14 days of
receipt of goods, any refunds must be returned in original condition and there must be proof that you purchased the item from us.
The goods cannot have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
