Postage – Australia

Parcels within Australia are usually delivered in approximately 5 working days, except to remote parts of Australia, which may take up to 10 working days to be delivered. Parcels within Australia are sent by Registered Post. (Express Post is available on request, extra charges apply) Parcels must be signed for, so please choose the address that you wish the items to be sent to. If you are not at home during the day the parcel may be sent to your workplace. If you are not at home/work when the parcel arrives, Australia Post should leave a card. Usually the parcel will be held at your local Post Office awaiting collection.

Postage – New Zealand

Parcels sent to New Zealand are usually delivered in approximately 5 to 21 working days.  International customers will have their parcels sent by International Registered Post. There may be customs charges that may apply to some international orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. Please check with your customs office in your country before purchasing from Nancy Stroop Designs. Nancy Stroop Designs will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay any customs charges for.  International customers are not charged Australian tax (GST) on items. Therefore, your order will be adjusted accordingly.
